When is the pool open?
- From 10am to 10pm (closed during inclement weather)
When will the hot tub be on?
- It is on in the evenings; please ask at check-in for hours of operation (we aim to be as energy efficient as possible)
Are glass containers allowed at the pool?
- No, we will happily provide you with a plastic container for your beverages.
Is smoking allowed?
- ONLY in the outside designated area. No smoking in rooms, by the pool or at the bar.
When are quiet hours?
- 10pm to 9am
What time is the 290 Wine Castle open?
- Friday – 11:30 to 6:00, Saturday 11:00 to 7:00, Sunday – 11:30 to 6:00 and all other weekdays – 12:00 to 5:00.
Are guests allowed at the hotel?
- No, only registered hotel guests are permitted on the premises.
Do you have laundry service?
- There is a washer and dryer on site for guest use.
Do you provide room cleaning during my stay?
- We do not provide daily maid service unless there is a cleaning emergency. Please notify customer service immediately.
What time is checkout?
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We will never be able to guarantee a late check-out or an early check-in. You must coordinate this with us prior to your arrival. Fees will apply.
